At Maxmillets, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are only accepted under certain conditions as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive an incorrect product
- The product is damaged or tampered with
- The item delivered is expired
- Requests must be raised promptly, accompanied by photographic evidence.
Return Process
To initiate a return or complaint, you must reach out to the support team with your order ID, product photos, and a brief description of the issue. Based on the review, a refund or replacement may be issued.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return. Returns due to taste preferences or change of mind are not accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within a short time after placement, before shipping is initiated. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order is delayed or undelivered for any reason from our end, we will ensure the appropriate resolution is provided.
